Our AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 registered quality system provides Trio Metal Stamping with the tools, systems and culture to approach quality from a defect prevention approach. Beginning at the design of the tools through the process planning path, and ending with the finished product, we deliver a quality product with full certifications and traceability.
Trio can provide your sheet metal or stamping product with our standard inspection report upon request, or if you desire, we can accommodate your AS9100 Quality System needs for first article inspection formats. Download a copy of our AS9100 Quality Certification here.
Traceability for raw material and special processing is our standard procedure. Our calibration system meets ISO 10012-1 specifications. Sample inspection per Mil-Std 105 1.5 AQL nominal is applied using C=0.

- 4 Surface Plates from 1’x 1’ to 3’x 4’
- 4 height gages ranging from 12” to 18” capacity
- Miscellaneous handheld gauges (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, jo-blocks etc.)
