Solid Capabilities in Sheet Metal Stamping Process
Do you have a project that will take time to ramp up for high volume, but the immediate need is to begin with smaller quantities and build up to millions? Then Trio Metal Stamping can be the bridge to help reach your goal.
Do you have stamping tooling from a past supplier? Or have you just run out of space to produce stampings in house? Then Trio may be able to adapt the tooling and run in our presses.
Whatever your situation or challenges, we can help meet your goals. Learn more about the services we offer below.

Punch Press

Our 31 OBI presses ranging from 25 to 150 tons can handle a wide variety of part sizes and materials for many different industries. All our presses are maintained to factory specifications to ensure their process accuracy and repeatability.
Machining

If your part requires machining, our CNC lathe and machine centers can meet the challenge; and our value added and light machine capabilities include drilling and tapping.
Deburring

Trio can put the finishing touch on your parts. Buffing, time saving sand blast, and tumble deburr are all performed in house.
Assembly

Trio can also install hardware such as self-clinching fasteners, stand offs, studs and floating fastener assembly hardware. We can also join two stamped parts together by spot welding, oxy acetylene and mig and tig welding.
Prototype

Our short run approach to building tools and our EDM capabilities can produce a prototype to try out before you commit your design to mass production.
Special Processing

Our approved subcontract supplier base allows your metal stamping or sheet metal product to be heat treated, plated, painted, precision grinding, honing and exotic machining to meet your specifications. Most all of our suppliers are AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 registered or NADCAP approved.
